I dont have much time to post, so i thought i'd make it shorter and sweeter than usual....here are some pictures of a sticky bun recipe i was testing out for work.

I can imagine you miss Bacolod... it is a nice place. But who knows... maybe you will come back and open a restaurant in your home town. You seem to be an outstanding cook.

yeah they're pecans :). i forgot to put raisins in them though.

Thanks Sidney, but i'm an amateur cook really, and although trained in baking and pastry i'm still quite a novice in that as well.
As for moving back, maybe in the future when i retire :). My family lives in manila but i really prefer the slow pace of life in bacolod.
